Erika has been a personal trainer for ten years and a yoga teacher for three years, working first with Equinox and then transitioning into a private setting.

Erika studied through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is certified in TRX, Kettlebells, functional movement screening, pre/post natal, and Vipr, as well as being yoga alliance certified. However, she has found that her best teacher has been learning her own body through her many different fitness endeavors, as well as rehabbing her own injuries.

As an athlete she played collegiate level softball, ran half marathons, competed as an equestrian at the grand prix level, competed in fitness body building shows, and now she practices yoga daily, and trains as a hip hop, contemporary, and ballet dancer.

Erika’s passion for fitness and movement inspire her to deeply connect with her clients so that they find love and appreciation for their bodies, for movement, and for the happiness that follows. She blends strength and flexibility seamlessly throughout her training sessions as a foundation for her clients to reach their personal goals.
